Painter

This is a collection of online graphic editing tools.

The tools are not standalone programs but components for web based applications.

J-Painter	A raster image editor which allows drawing in a browser and save the image in PNG, JPEG, and GIF formats.
Net Imaging	A photo processing tool. It allows users to crop, resize, and rotate a pictures online. The resulting picture can be saved in JPEG format.
ImageMARK	A tool for making online marks and comments on a picture. After marking, the picture can be shown / viewed on the website with or without comments. It also can be sent by e-mail or downloaded for offline use.

All the tools are purely client-side solutions implemented as Java applets.
The tools have detailed documentation for web developers and examples in PHP, ASP.NET, JSP.
The tools are shareware products, and can be evaluated for free before making a purchase decision.
